I understand that all orders are designed and made by the most appropriate jewelry manufacturer and that all wait times are out of the control of AVA Piercing Company. *

I am aware that all custom orders may take up to 9 months unless otherwise specified above. *

I understand that I will be required to leave a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the jewelry and that the remaining 50% balance will be paid no later than 7 days after the jewelry has arrived at AVA Piercing Company unless another time frame is arranged for pick up. I understand that if my remaining balance is not paid in the time frame agreed upon that my deposit may be forgeit and jewelry sold. *

I understand that any jewelry not picked up within 60 days of arrival date may be sold and my deposit forfeit. I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate with AVA Piercing Company if I need longer to pick up jewelry. *

I understand that if I need my order to be shipped to me that I will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees. All jewelry shipped will dafault to $50 worth of insurance from the appropriate shipping company and if I wish to add any additional insurance that it is my responsibility to request and pay for it. *
