Referral Program Policy

Policy Overview:

The referral program at AVA Piercing Company is designed to reward clients who refer new customers to our studio for piercing services. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the referral program.

Referral Eligibility:

1. Referrer: Any current client of AVA Piercing Company who refers new clients to our studio for a piercing service. Referrals for jewelry changes, downsizes, check ups, and other services do not apply. 
2. Referee: A new client who has not previously received services from AVA Piercing Company. 

Referral Reward:

Upon successfully referring three individuals to AVA Piercing Company for piercing services, the referring client will be eligible to receive a complimentary piercing service. Please note that this reward covers the cost of the piercing service only and does not include the cost of jewelry.

How to Participate:

1. Referral Process: To participate in the referral program, the referrer must ensure that the referee mentions their name during the booking process or at the time of the appointment. The easiest and most efficient way to do this is for the referee to fill in the referrer’s name on their consent form. 
2. Verification: Referral rewards will be provided once the referee completes their piercing service appointment at AVA Piercing Company. Our staff will maintain a consistent effort to contact the referrer once they have reached three referral points but it is ultimately the responsibility of the referrer to request their complimentary piercing fee. 
3. Redemption: Referral rewards can be redeemed by scheduling an appointment for a piercing service. When scheduling your appointment, please make sure you include in the notes section that you plan to use your free piercing for this appointment. The reward must be redeemed within 1 year of qualification. 

Tracking Referrals:

1. At the end of every month, AVA staff will review the past month’s referrals from consent forms and add them to your customer profile. 

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
2. Expiry: Referral rewards expire 1 year from the date of qualification if not redeemed.
3. Modification: AVA Piercing Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
