• To pierce anyone under the age of eighteen, we will need a parent or legal guardian present and proof of guardianship. The most common way to prove guardianship is with the minor’s birth certificate, minor’s photo ID (school ID, passport, state ID, or driver’s license), and the guardians photo ID. All identification and documentation must be present during the day of the appointment otherwise we will not be able to perform the piercing.
- Everyone over the age of eighteen must have a current, government issued, photo ID.
- A school ID and birth certificate are not an acceptable form of documentation for anyone age 18 and up and parental consent does not allow us to pierce clients clients age 18 and up.
