You should book a jewelry change appointment!

Please make notes letting us know that you will be bringing jewelry in. We do NOT install jewelry purchased elsewhere for health and safety purposes.

If you removed your jewelry at home, please ensure that it is clean of visible debris, in good condition (seam rings are not damaged, jewelry is not scratched, etc), and that you bring your jewelry in a sealed container/bag.

If your jewelry is damaged from misuse to the point that it is unsafe for re-installation, we will not be able to install it but will likely be able to get it repaired for a fee.
